THE  STAINES  AND  FELTHAM  METHODIST  CIRCUIT

WEB  SITE

The web site that has been set up is not intended to act as a site on its own.  It is more intended to be a link Index for the Churches of the Circuit.  However there will be some items that will be specific to the circuit site that may not appear elsewhere.

CIRCUIT MISSION STATEMENT

            The Circuit mission Statement will be as agreed by Circuit Meeting.

INTRODUCTION

            This will be written and reviewed by the Superintendent Minister

THE CIRCUIT

            This page will be written and reviewed regularly by The Circuit Stewards.

CHURCH PAGES  

There will be a basic page for each church that will include the following

         Name of the Church  

         Full Church Address  

         Link to Location Web Map with marker

         Link to the Churches Web Site (if they have one)

         Link to details of the Minister of the Church

         Email Link

         Link to return to List of Churches in the Circuit

Organisations with a web site of their own are asked to include a return link

          (Insert Link)

Churches without a web site of their own.

If a church currently does not have a site of their own and wishes to put a page/s in via the circuit website this can arranged by either forwarding as a File to the webmaster or by hard copy to the Circuit Secretary (email for Contact Details).

Ministers & Pastors:-    Information on the pages about the ministers is to be written by them, however the following should be included:

Circuit Stewards: -   Information on the pages about the Circuit Stewards is to be written by them, however the following will be included:

            This page will contain the Circuit preaching plan and abbreviations (No contact details to be included).

LOCAL PREACHERS / EDUCATION & YOUTH WORK / MISSION & EVANGELISM

These pages will be written by the relevant Committee Chair / Secretary.

CIRCUIT EVENTS (ADVERTISING)

             These pages will be written by the relevant Organisers

EVENT REPORTS

            These would be welcome from anyone, subject to the approval.

CIRCUIT DIARY

            Items for inclusion on this page should be sent to the webmaster, inclusion will be subject to superintendent's approval

            If you wish to have a link added to our links please contact the Webmaster.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information (Names, photos, Addresses, phone numbers personal e-mail addresses) will not be included on the website without the written approval (from a guardian for those under 16 years of age) specifying what can be included, this should be sent to the webmaster as it will be required before items can be added to the site and the Superintendent will require to see this.  The exception to this is the preaching plan where the names, but no other details, of those appointed will appear. 

PHOTOS

Photo of children will not be used without the permission of the parents

COUNTER

There is a web based counter that is for information purposes only.
