The Feltham History Group are holding a series of Illustrated Spring Talks at the Feltham Library, and would welcome visitors, the entry if free.

THE NEXT EVENT
Saturday 17th April
the subject will be "The
Churches of Feltham" with talks on the history of the local places of worship
old and new, and will include the centenary of the building of the Wesleyan
Chapel, now Christ Church.
Saturday 29th May
"Feltham Worthies" will be explored, when the lives of celebrated personalities who have lived in the town, will be outlined including A, W. Smith the famous horticulturist to Freddie Mercury of Queen.
Copies of Eddie Menday's book "The Dissenters of Feltham" will be on sale at £6.
One recent buyer said "You have

PAST EVENTS
Saturday 20th March at 2.30pm
is a recall of Beating the Bounds, the ancient ceremony which was re-enacted in the millennium year of 2000. Those who took part on the walk are especially welcome.
